На Кіпрі представили виставку сучасного українського мистецтва

Inga Levi (b. 1986, Kyiv, Ukraine)
Last two years Inga Levi is famous for her war-time series «Double Exposure». Inga is making a drawing for each day of war. She depicts an overlapping of two accounts – the scenes she witnesses while navigating relatively safe routes in and out of the country and traumatic news reports from places of belonging in Ukraine.
She studied book illustration at the Publishing faculty of Kyiv Polytechnical University. Graduated in 2011. Studied Contemporary Art at Kyiv Academy of Media Arts. Graduated in 2021. Studied at the Intermedia faculty of the Academy of Arts in Gdansk, Poland, 2022-2024. Resident of the “Extended workshop” program at Łaźnia Centre for Contemporary Art, Gdansk, 2022. In 2021 — curator of the restoration of Kyiv Central Bus Station mosaics (1960-61, authored by A. Rybachuk and V. Melnichenko).
The works are present in the collections of UMCA Museum, Gallery of Contemporary Art “Plast-Art” and in private collections of Ukraine, USA, Switzerland, Netherlands, Bashkiria, Israel, AE, Poland, Italy, Cyprus, Belgium.
Inga works with graphics, painting, installation and transdisciplinary arts.
An interest in urban space, architecture and monumental art is reflected in her artistic practice as work with urban landscape, mosaic and activism for preserving monumental art pieces.
